These Terms apply to your use of the KinnorTabs website and waitlist. By using the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

What KinnorTabs Is

KinnorTabs is an app in development that turns a song’s guitar part into tab you can play along with. For now, the website lets you join a waitlist for early access. The app will have its own terms, which you will see before you use it.

The Waitlist

• Joining is free.
• You must be 18 or over.
• Joining does not guarantee access to the app or a launch date.
• Any early-access offer or price will be explained before you pay anything.
• You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Use and Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Sign up other people without their permission
• Use fake or temporary email addresses
• Try to disrupt, overload or hack the website
• Copy the website’s content using automated tools

Our Content

The KinnorTabs name, logo, design and text belong to KinnorTabs Ltd. Photos of guitarists belong to their owners and are used under the licences shown with each photo. These musicians and their families are not affiliated with KinnorTabs and have not endorsed it.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Our plans for the app may change before launch.

Termination

We may remove any sign-up that breaks these Terms, and we may change or close the waitlist at any time.

Limitation of Liability

KinnorTabs is not responsible for any loss arising from your use of the website, except where the law says otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law or the consumer law where you live.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make important changes, we will email the waitlist.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you directly. If that fails, it will be decided by the courts of Nigeria.
